Frank Rios Jr. (Frankie) actually got started in real estate when he was just 5 years old! He began by helping his mom (Hilaria Rios) by accompanying her on showings and helping with making copies. As he got older, his responsibilities increased and he began to volunteer with her until he started taking real estate classes in 2015 for his own license. Part way through, Frankie took a break from his real estate training to help build his Print Shop business but soon resumed classes in 2017 and became a fully licensed realtor in the spring of 2018.
While new to the business, Frankie is already on fire for this work. When asked, Frankie commented that he enjoys the feeling of satisfaction one gets from helping someone accomplish their dream of home ownership. Frankie is a motivated young realtor and is committed to making sure that clients receive a fair price for the home they either want to buy or sell. Frankie firmly believes that everyone is unique and special- not just another client- and they will be treated as his top priority.
When Frankie is not doing real estate, he likes to spend time with his family and do woodworking. Also, as previously mentioned, Frankie has his own Print Shop business and has an Associates Degree in Graphic Design.
